Liquid Foundations

At Toly, all liquid foundation bottles come with an integrated NBR sponge. This sponge is either a flow-through sponge or a roll-on sponge applicator. Some packs have a front or side button actuator so as to ensure zero wastage of the product, whilst some liquid foundation packs have a mirror incorporated neatly on the cap. These stock packs can be personalised with different decoration techniques.
